AMY E. SERINO
Principal
For more than 25 years, Serino Law LLC's principal, Amy Serino, has been a trusted advisor on sensitive legal issues. She provides counsel on best practices and legal compliance in the workplace, including guidance on development of policy, management of complex employee relations matters, and navigating a constantly evolving legal landscape for workplaces.

Amy conducts workplace investigations or assessments at the request of employers or their counsel. In these engagements she acts as an outside fact finder, typically in response to concerns raised by employees, and often in circumstances where it is especially important to ensure that the situation is viewed with a measure of objectivity. Amy is attuned to providing a fair opportunity for participants to be heard and collecting information necessary for employers to determine how best to proceed.
