Serino Law understands the importance of prompt, thorough and independent investigations of workplace complaints. We work with clients to develop an investigation plan appropriate in scope and approach based on each client’s unique work environment. Special care is given to navigating issues of attorney-client privilege and work-product protection, with the expectation that clients may choose to rely on investigation results in litigation.
